SERA HELSINKI FI2750233-4 sells products to private persons in Finland and abroad. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. All prices include VAT.
What Shipping methods are available?
Deliveries in Finland are sent using Finnish Post Office, Posti and Matkahuolto. For international orders please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Usually the products are sent by FedEx or UPS. SERA HELSINKI cannot be held responsible for missing packages. Customers from non-European counties are responsible for any possible import customs and taxes.
Other shipping methods are available upon request. Please note, possible additional payment for other shipping methods might be added to the check-out price. Further inquiries, contact email@example.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship worldwide. From our warehouse in Finland or our production center in Ethiopia, we are able to ship nearly any address in the world!
Do you add shipping fees?
For purchase less than 100€ we add 8€ to the grand total at the check-out. For purchases over 100€ the shipping fee is free. This applies to deliveries in Finland and internationally.
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders are being shipped during workdays. Products from the stock are usually shipped whiten 3-5 workdays. Delivery time for products that are not in stock depends of product been purchased. For further information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rugs are made by order. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 months. We will send video of the rug being made for the customer. You are able to see your own carpet making.
Please inform us without a delay – at least within 14 days – in case a product has lost or damaged in shipping. The logistics company must be also informed regarding any products damaged in shipping.
Paybyway Oy (business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Paybyway. Paybyway Oy or Bambora is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and the invoice. Paying with Paybyway is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to trade.

What payment methods are accepted?
With Bambora you can pay your order by an internet banking account or a payment card (credit/debit). The following methods of payment are supported.
Internet banking: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken and Ålandsbanken.
Credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard.
Wallet services: Mobile pay, Master Pass, Pivo and Siirto.
Invoice or part payment: Jousto.
Is buying online safe?
3D security is used by Bambora. 3D Secure is a security solution for online payments that has been used since 2001 to reduce and prevent online card fraud. The solution has been developed by the card networks and is designed to protect both consumers and companies by authenticating that it is actually the card holder who is carrying out the transaction. How this authentication works depends on what bank has issued the card.
As a result of the EU’s new payment service directive, PSD2, 3D Secure will be used for nearly all European online payments from September 14, 2019. This means that, as a merchant, you have to have 3D Secure implemented on your online store in order to accept payments with European cards. In conjunction with these new rules, the card networks have also developed a new version of 3D Secure, called 3D Secure 2.0. This version is more user-friendly for consumers and makes it possible for customers to be exempted from the demand for authentication through what is called a “friction-less experience”.
Orders and returns
How do I place an order?
Orders are collected from the online shop selection by adding the products to the shopping basket. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality in the online shop to pay for the purchase. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An email confirmation will be delivered in case an email address is provided by the time of confirming the order. The email confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.
How can I cancel or change my order?
The customer has right to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. The cancellation must be done in written by email to the customer support of the online shop.
The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer support of the online shop immediately in a case of reclamation. The consumer has a right to file a dispute in the consumer distributes board in a case of dispute between online shop and the consumer.
Please note. Every product is hand made and exquisite. The sizes and shades of rugs might vary slightly. Irregularities are not defects but are unique to hand made products.
Do I need an account to place an order?
An account is not required. However, in case of further communication and to avoid any miscommunication we appreciate your registration.
How do I track my order?
Sera Helsinki will keep you updated of the delivery process. We will inform you when your order has been finalized and the product/s been sent including any possible tracking number.
How can I return a product?
We offer you a full 14 day money back guarantee from the date you received your order. You are welcome to either exchange your item or receive a refund. Times must be returned in their original packing and in their original condition.
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
